holding hands

i finished these two pages up tonight. the journaling on the first one sounds sad but it was actually a very calming and peaceful experience.

both backgrounds are done as i usually do but then i added some of the images and text using gel medium and making a transfer. i think this technique is amazing right now!

i also finished my ATC's and the little booklets. i am so relieved to have it done. i'm leaving for florida in 2 days and i wanted to mail them off before i left. for my first ATC's ever i like them but i found the limitations to be pretty constraining and rather stressful. all the cards had to follow the theme "dreams and nightmares" as well as only being doodles/ drawings.

the holders contain 6 plastic sleeves which are obviously sewn in as a single signature. they were so simple and fun to make. i'm excited to send them off. post office here i come.......
